Privacy Policy

Panelario ("we", "us") is a parametric wall-panel design tool. We respect your privacy and collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver and license our software.

1. What We Collect

The machine fingerprint is a one-way hash derived from your system's hostname, username, and operating system. It cannot be reversed to identify you personally.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Payment details (credit card, bank account) — handled entirely by our payment provider
• Usage analytics or telemetry from the desktop application
• Designs, files, or any content you create in the app
• Cookies on our website

3. Website Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure website traffic. This service uses no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track individual visitors. It provides only aggregate statistics (page views, countries, referrers).

4. Anonymous Usage Metrics

To improve the platform and help manufacturers understand their visibility, we collect anonymous aggregated counters:

• Manufacturer profile view counts (how many times a listing was opened)
• Social link click counts (how many times website/social links were clicked)
• Quote request counts (how many quote requests were sent)
• Search location trends (which cities are searched, without identifying who searched)
• Filter usage trends (which materials and technologies are popular)

These metrics contain no personal data — no IP addresses are stored, no cookies are used, and no individual users are identified or tracked across sessions. Data is stored as monthly aggregate totals only. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. Payment Processing

Purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), who acts as the Merchant of Record. They handle payment processing, invoicing, VAT/tax collection, and refunds. Your payment information is collected and stored by LemonSqueezy under their own Privacy Policy. We never see or store your payment details.

6. How We Store Your Data

Licence data (email, licence key, machine fingerprint, activation status) is stored in Cloudflare KV, a globally distributed key-value store. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

7. Data Retention

We retain your licence data for as long as your licence is valid. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Object — object to processing of your data

10. Changes
