These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Panelario website (panelario.com), the web-based Panelario application, and the manufacturer listing service (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Panelario ("we", "us", "our") is a parametric surface design tool. Payments are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd) as Merchant of Record.
Basic features (design, 3D preview, materials, save/load) are available without an account. Registration (free) and subscription services require a valid email address. You may sign in via email verification code. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Panelario offers two subscription plans: €20/month (monthly) or €200/year (annual). Prices include VAT where applicable. All payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
Subscribers may register up to two (2) devices (e.g. office + laptop). Only one session may be active at a time. A device fingerprint (one-way hash of browser and screen properties) is stored to enforce this limit. You can remove a device via your account page to free up a slot.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. After expiration you retain registered (free) access.
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. To request a refund, contact us at info@panelario.com or open a ticket through the Paddle receipt email.
Any active subscriber may register a manufacturer profile. Registration is instant (no additional email verification required as you are already authenticated).
The manufacturer listing is included in the subscription at no additional cost. There are no lead limits — you receive unlimited quote requests. If your subscription expires, your listing is hidden from the map until you re-subscribe.
You are responsible for ensuring that your listing information (company name, location, materials, capabilities) is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to remove listings that are misleading, inactive, or violate these Terms.
Customers may leave reviews after a completed quote request. You may respond to reviews but may not delete them. We reserve the right to moderate reviews for spam, abuse, or content that violates these Terms.
Visitors may voluntarily place a customer pin on the manufacturer map to indicate interest in fabrication services. Pins are visible to all visitors on the map; however, only the city and posted date are shown publicly. Detailed preferences (material, finish, size, free-text note) and the ability to contact the customer are available exclusively to verified manufacturers.
Customer pins expire automatically after 30 days and can be removed at any time via the link in the confirmation email. By placing a pin, you consent to the public display of your city location and posted date. See our Privacy Policy (Section 5) for full details on data handling.
You retain full ownership of all Content you create using the Service. We do not claim any rights to your designs, exports, or data.
By using the "Share" or "Request Quote" features, you grant us a limited right to transmit your design parameters and preview image to the intended recipient (manufacturer or collaborator).
You are solely responsible for all shapes, patterns, texts, and designs you create, export, or share using the Service. Panelario is a general-purpose parametric design tool — the creative output is entirely your own. We do not review, moderate, or approve user-generated designs.
We bear no liability for any claims, damages, or legal consequences arising from the content of your designs, including but not limited to: offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable shapes or texts; designs that infringe third-party intellectual property rights; or any use of exported files in manufacturing, construction, or other applications.
Panelario, its source code, noise algorithms, UI design, documentation, and branding are owned by Panelario and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PANELARIO OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Panelario from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
